Description
We’re obsessed with the whimsical candles from Cereria Introna, a family-run workshop in Bari, Puglia. Ricotta is a chameleon of Sicilian cuisine, but the one thing it never can be is cheese (it’s made from whey, the milky by-product of the cheese-making process!). Here, find it in yet another form: a candle that makes for a surprisingly chic tablescape.

INFO
Cereria Introna has been producing candles in Puglia since 1840. The company is led by brothers Vincenzo and Rossella Introna–who now represent the sixth generation–with around 15 employees. They make candles for every type of occasion, all handcrafted using paraffin, a high-quality natural wax. The wicks used are pure cotton, so all candles absorb smoke and do not drip.
